BACARDÍ Ocho Old Fashioned

Created in New York in the early 1900s, the iconic Old Fashioned is deemed ‘the original cocktail’. But even the most established classics can take a refresh every now and then. Try it with BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho rum instead of whisky and call yourself a visionary.

THE INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho Rum
  • 5 ml Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostora Bitters
  • Orange Twist (garnish)

THE METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a rocks glass.
  2. Fill with ice and stir until well mixed and very cold.
  3. Garnish with orange peel.
