How to make a

BACARDÍ Coco Conga

  • 50 ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
  • splash of BACARDÍ Coconut rum
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 2 tsp extra fine sugar
  • 25 ml soda water

One step at a time

Squeeze

Take the lime wedges and squeeze them into a highball glass. Then add the BACARDĺ Carta Blanca white rum, sugar and mint.

Press

Press mint with a bar spoon to release oils.

Churn

Add crushed ice, almost to top, and churn.

Garnish

Top with soda water, and crown with a splash of BACARDĺ Coconut. Garnish with a mint sprig & lime wedge.
