are you open all year?

Yes, except for major holidays and private events.

can i visit without booking 
an experience?

Yes! You can grab a bite from our delicious food kiosk, do some shopping at the BACARDÍ Store, or just relax and enjoy the breathtaking views while sipping on a delicious and refreshing cocktail at the Pavilion.

what’s the best way to get to 
casa bacardí?

You can take a taxi, an Uber or take a round trip on our ferry and shuttle.

is there a restaurant?

We have a Caribbean food kiosk.

is there wifi?

Yes, we have wifi.

what is your cancellation policy?

Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 48hrs before your scheduled experience. Beyond that we cannot offer refunds or changes to your booking.

are your facilities ada compliant?

Yes, Casa BACARDÍ is ADA compliant. If you have any specific needs and would like to know more, please contact us.

are children allowed on the premises?

The tours are strictly for adults of 18 years or older. You can visit Casa BACARDÍ with minors, but they will only have access to our gift shop, food kiosk, or our Pavilion area. Any minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

is casa bacardí pet friendly?

We love our furry friends! However, we only allow service animals on our premises.

can i host an event at casa bacardí?

Yes! We offer events spaces for hire, to find out more please email eventspr@www.bacardi.com or submit your request here: Casa BACARDÍ Event Request.

what payments are accepted 
at the pavilion?

We accept all major credit cards. Even though we do not accept cash payments, we suggest bringing cash in case you would like to tip our bartenders.

can i buy items from your shop now 
and pick them up when i visit?

Yes, we offer collection! You can take a look at our online shop here: BACARDÍ Store.

What happens if I am late to the tour?

We always recommend arriving 15 – 30 minutes before your tour start time, last minute changes to your booking will depend on availability.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Please make your way directly to our check-in area to register or buy tickets for any experiences, and so that we can take you through our rules for the facility.

Do you take group bookings?

Yes! To make a request please email casabacradi@www.bacardi.com or call 787-788-8400.

Do you offer sign language tours?

Unfortunately this isn’t something we offer at the moment, but we’re working on implementing this in the future.

What should I wear on the tour?

We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothes for your visit. If you select the Founder’s Tour you must wear long pants and closed shoes.

Can I have a private tour?
