  • 50 ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca
  • 37.5 ml coconut water
  • 25 ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 3-4 chunks of pineapple
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • pineapple wedge
  • crushed ice
  • HURRICANE/HIGHBALL GLASS

One step at a time

Step 1

Crush

Add fresh pineapple and caster sugar to a cocktail shaker. Gently crush the pineapple with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release its sweet, tropical juice.
Step 2

Combine

Pour BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum, pineapple juice, and coconut water into the shaker.
Step 3

Shake

Add ice to the shaker, seal it tightly, and shake-shake-shake for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled. You are now creating that signature Piña Colada texture.
