BACARDÍ Rum Punch
A favourite aperitif in the Caribbean, an ice cool rum punch is perfect any time of day. Made with BACARDÍ Superior rum, it offers a delicious medley of fruit flavours: sweet orange, pineapple, vibrant cranberry and grenadine.
THE INGREDIENTS
- 1 part BACARDÍ Superior rum
- ½ part BACARDÍ Black rum
- ¼ part grenadine
- 1 part orange juice
- 1 part pineapple juice
- ½ part cranberry juice
- 1 lemon, sliced
THE METHOD
- In a large container, combine all liquid ingredients. Refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, pour into a large punch bowl, stirring in ice.
- Garnish the bowl with floating lemon slices. Serve with a single lemon wheel.
