  • 50 ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
  • 37.5 ml fresh coconut water
  • 25 ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 3-4 chunks of fresh pineapple
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • pineapple wedge as garnish

One step at a time

Step 1


Add pineapple chunks and sugar to a shaker and gently crush.
Step 2


Pour in the BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum, pineapple juice and coconut water. Stir with a bar spoon.

Shake vigorously.
Step 4


Serve over crushed ice in a hurricane or highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
