Daiquiri cocktail in a clear coupe glass filled with pale yellow liquid, garnished with lime wedges and ice cubes.

THE DAIQUIRÍ

Invented by a US Mining Engineer in the mining town of Daiquirí, using BACARDÍ Carta Blanca, fresh lime juice and fine white sugar. Served ice cold at a time when ice was considered a luxury, the Daiquirí becamse the epitome of sophisticated drinking.
