ZOMBIE

The infamous drink that instigated the tiki cocktail movement. Known for its blend of exotic rums, Zombie thrills with its bold, rich flavor. Don’t save this just for Halloween – it’s ideal for all year round.

Ingredients

1 oz BACARDÍ Superior, 3/4 oz BACARDÍ Black, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1 oz Orange Juice, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 1/2 oz Simple Syrup, 1/4 oz Grenadine

Mix It Up

Pour all ingredients into a shaker full of ice, and give it a good shake. Strain and pour into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Give it a stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.


BOBBING FOR APPLETINIS

It’s Tini Time! Conjure up this elevated Halloween cocktail with friends. Pinkies up… if you dare!

Ingredients

2 oz BACARDÍ Superior, 3/4 oz MARTINI & ROSSI Dry Vermouth, 1/4 oz ST~GERMAIN, 1/2 oz Green Apple Syrup, 1 drop Green Food Coloring

Mix It Up

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an apple fan.


GOBLIN

If you’re looking for something spooky that still oozes class, serve up a BACARDÍ Goblin. This Halloween cocktail is fruity, tart and looks the part.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz BACARDÍ Superior, 1 oz Lime Juice, ½ oz Midori, ½ oz Reàl-Coco, ½ oz Pineapple Juice, Pineapple Wedge as Garnish

Mix It Up

Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge.


MIAMI SPICE

Take your Halloween party to the next level with this deliciously spooky new recipe featuring BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho and BACARDÍ Spiced.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho, 1/2 oz BACARDÍ Spiced, 3/4 oz Coconut Cream, 3/4 oz Pumpkin Purée, 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 1/4 oz Passion Fruit Purée

Mix It Up

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a Pearl Diver Glass filled with pebble or crushed ice and garnish with an orange slice and fresh grated nutmeg.


BLOOD MOON

A quenching Halloween treat, the BACARDÍ Blood Moon rises tonight. Combining BACARDÍ Superior Rum with the tartness of blood orange and the fizz of ginger beer, this cocktail is eerily delicious and spookily satisfying.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz BACARDÍ Superior , 1/2 oz Monin Blood Orange Syrup, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 2 oz Ginger Beer, Blood Orange Slice, Amarena Cherry

Mix It Up

Combine BACARDÍ Superior, Monin Blood Orange Syrup, and Lime Juice. Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a Collins, highball or pint glass. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with Blood Orange Slice and an Amarena Cherry on a cocktail pick.


BAT BREW

Make your Halloween night take flight with a BACARDI Bat Brew, a Caribbean twist on an Espresso Martini. The nutty tropical flavor of BACARDI Coconut is a perfect combo with a cold brew kick.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Bacardi Coconut, 1 oz Cold Brew, 0.75 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup

Mix It Up

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, or serve chilled in a shot glass.


DIABLO COLADA

Take your Piña Colada to the next (or lower) level with a BACARDI Diablo Colada. Dark fruits and a dash of spice with have your party guests doing the devil’s dance.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Bacardi Spiced, 1 oz Reàl-Coco, 1 oz Pineapple Juice, 3 Frozen Blackberries, 1-3 dashes Bittermens Hellfire Shrub or 1 dash Cholula Hot Sauce, ½ Cup Ice, Blackberries and Pineapple Fronds as Garnish

Mix It Up

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and pour into a Collins, highball, or hurricane glass. Alternatively, shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed or pebble ice. Garnish with three blackberries on a cocktail pick and three pineapple fronds.
